随着我国汽车市场的发展,汽车4S店已经成为了汽车销售最主要的模式。但在我国,由于汽车4S店起步较晚,大部分的4S店在经营管理方面缺乏合理完整的制度和相应的经验,在整个成本控制的过程中也还在摸索前进。
With the development of China’s automobile market, automobile 4S shop has become the most important mode of automobile sales. However, in China, due to the late start of automobile 4S shop, most 4S shops lack a reasonable and complete system and corresponding experience in operation and management, and they are still exploring the whole cost control process.
