Organ culture can maintain the relatively normal structure and function of tissues and can be used to study carcinogen metabolism and cancer occurrence, especially in human tissue and organ culture. It is of special significance to study the role of various external factors in the carcinogenesis of human tissues. Epidemiological studies have shown that arsenic has a pain-inducing effect on human lung tissue. Cytogenetic studies have found that arsenic can cause chromosome damage in mammals, but the carcinogenic effects of arsenic on animal tissues have not yet been confirmed. In this study, organ culture method was used to study arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) and known carcinogens N-methyl-N ’
