妇女解放百余年来,体育运动逐渐被越来越多的女性接受并作为习惯贯彻在普通生活中。但是普通女性参加运动训练的内容是否合理呢?文章用问卷调查的形式,研究分析了93名女大学生参加体育活动的情况。通过对她们参加体育运动诱因的了解,发现对女性来说健美操、各种舞蹈、瑜伽等协调训练和柔韧训练广受重视,而举重、投掷、俯卧撑等力量训练却乏人问津,从而初步得出女性体育运动存在力量训练歧视的看法,进而从体育学研究的角度出发,利用数理统计和三维归因分析探究了原因,得出了女性力量训练歧视的原因之一可能是她们对力量训练的不了解。建议在全民健身活动中增加体育学知识科普,特别是要加强对女性力量训练的鼓励和宣传。
