已有研究表明,建立在用户需求与知识资源内容匹配程度上的数字图书馆知识服务并不能取得很好的用户满意度,而与知识服务参与对象密切相关的情境因素对知识服务质量具有重要影响。该研究以知识生命周期理论为基础,探索影响数字图书馆知识服务的情境因素及其相互间的作用关系,以此创建影响知识服务的情境模型,最后利用实证数据验证模型中各情境因素的作用途径及其影响力度,以期为数字图书馆的发展提供理论支持和有益建议。
It has been shown that the digital library knowledge service based on the matching degree between the user’s needs and the content of the knowledge resources can not achieve good user satisfaction and that the context factors closely related to the participants of knowledge service have an important influence on the quality of knowledge service . Based on the theory of knowledge life cycle, this research explores the contextual factors that affect the digital library knowledge service and their interaction with each other to create a contextual model that affects knowledge services. Finally, empirical data are used to verify the role of contextual factors in the model Approaches and their influence, with a view to providing theoretical support and useful suggestions for the development of digital libraries.
