合成了新型水溶极压抗磨剂二烃基二硫代磷酸铜(Cu-DTP)。研究了它在高水基介质中的极压抗磨性,四球机试验表明其具有很好的极压抗磨性能。当加入1%Cu-DTP时,水基液的P_B值为900N,D_(15)~(392)为0.29mm,配成CH-1轧制液,与目前国内外使用的轧制乳化液相比,油膜强度高。作者还利用元素分析,扫描电镜和电子探针能谱以及差热分析对其极压抗磨机理作了初步探讨。
A new type of water-soluble extreme-pressure anti-wear agent copper dihydrocarbyl dithiophosphate (Cu-DTP) was synthesized. Its extreme pressure abrasion resistance in high water-based media was studied. Four-ball test showed that it has good extreme pressure and antiwear properties. When adding 1% Cu-DTP, the water-based liquid P_B value of 900N, D_ (15) ~ (392) of 0.29mm, dubbed CH-1 rolling solution, and the current domestic and foreign rolling emulsion phase Than the film strength. The author also made use of elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe energy dispersive spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis of its extreme pressure anti-wear mechanism made a preliminary study.
