岗位评价既是一种科学的劳动管理方法,又是一种具体的应用技术,在企业管理中具有重要意义。本文根据兖矿集团管理岗位、专业技术岗位和工人岗位特点,科学设计不同的评价要素和评价标准,并采用要素评分法和岗位参照法进行规范性评价。评价结果作为岗级设置、划岗归级的直接依据,为企业薪酬制度的设计奠定基础。
Job evaluation is not only a scientific labor management method, but also a specific application technology, which is of great significance in business management. This article according to Yanzhou Mining Group management positions, professional and technical positions and the characteristics of workers positions, the scientific design of different evaluation elements and evaluation criteria, and the use of factor score and post reference method for normative evaluation. Evaluation results as a post set, the direct basis for planning posts to lay the foundation for the design of the enterprise pay system.
