对福建省7个龙眼品种和6个橄榄品种叶片空隙率进行测定,结果表明叶片空隙率大小与龙眼、橄榄不同品种耐寒性关系密切,叶片空隙率小的品种,耐寒性较强;反之,叶片空隙率大的品种,耐寒性较弱.用电导法测定各品种间的电渗率,结果均与叶片空隙率成密切相关.叶片空隙率能反映各品种间耐寒性差异,准确性高,方法简单,操作方便,可作为龙眼、橄榄耐寒性鉴定指标
The leaf voids of 7 longan cultivars and 6 olive cultivars in Fujian Province were measured. The results showed that the leaf voids were closely related to the cold tolerance of different varieties of longan and olive, while the ones with smaller leaf voids had stronger cold tolerance. On the contrary, Void varieties, cold weaker. The conductance method was used to determine the electroosmotic rate among different varieties. The results were closely related to the leaf voids. Vapidity of leaves can reflect the difference of cold tolerance among varieties, with high accuracy, simple method and convenient operation, which can be used as the identification index of cold resistance of longan and olive
