宋朝的《市舶条法》是世界上第一部成文海商法。它系统地规定了海外贸易的主管机关、贸易主体、出入境管理、经营许可证以及外商保护制度等内容,从而构建了古代海商法的基本框架。它不仅对中国后世直至当代国内海商法具有典范性意义,而且在国际层面上,尤其对当时周边国家的海商法制也产生了重大影响。 Song Dynasty’s “Ship Law” is the world’s first written maritime law. It systematically stipulates the competent authorities of foreign trade, the main body of trade, exit and entry management, business licenses and foreign protection system, and so on, thus building the basic framework of ancient maritime law. It is not only of great significance to China’s later generations and to contemporary domestic maritime law, but also exerts a significant influence on the maritime legal system of the neighboring countries at the international level.
