麸质敏感性肠病(gluten-sensitive enter-opathy,简称GSE)并非少见.70年代英美两国的发生率为1/3000~1/2000.80年代瑞典和西爱尔兰的发生率增至1/950~1/400.在我国报道很少,诊断比较可靠者仅有陈忠贵和刘开玲等各报告1例,均经小肠活检和无麸质饮食治疗有效所证实.但今后随着小肠活检的广泛开展,必将有更多的病例出现.为了对它加深认识,本文对其发病机制与诊断治疗等加以复习.
