在生产铝镇静钢的工艺条件下 ,研究了钢包喂CaSi线处理后钢中夹杂物的组成、形态、尺寸和分布等的变化规律。结果表明 ,喂线后钢中钙铝比达到 0 .0 9以上时 ,钢中的Al2 O3 类夹杂物能获得较好的变性 ;夹杂物中的钙铝比随喂线后钢中钙铝比的增大呈线性增加趋势 ;较高的钢中钙铝比有利于连铸坯中大颗粒夹杂物的去除 ,有利于钢中夹杂物球化率的提高
In the process of producing aluminum-killed steel, the variation regularity of composition, shape, size and distribution of inclusions in steel after ladle feeding CaSi wire was studied.
