我矿设计制造的工频感应烘矿炉是利用铁磁体在交变磁场作用下涡流和磁滞损失所产生的热量干燥精矿的烘矿炉。它具有结构简单、运行可靠、维修方便、升温迅速等优点。几年来,我矿使用上述炉子烘干白钨精矿,效果很好。炉子构造如图所示。炉子主要参数:处理量9~10.5(吨/日),炉筒体烘干段尺寸φ400×1000毫米,炉温400℃左右,电热功率50千瓦,电压380伏,电流强度(单相)200安培,频率50(周/秒),线圈匝数69匝。由于电耗较高(烘干1吨白钨精矿耗电120度),工频感应烘矿炉只适用于精矿量不大的选矿厂。
