用从竹子碱木素制备的对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、对羟基苯甲醛、丁香酸、香草醛、丁香醛和乙酰丁香酮作为漆酶-介体系统的天然介体,对硫酸盐法竹浆进行了OLQP漂白。结果表明,上述7种单体物质都能不同程度地促进漂白竹浆最终白度的提高和木素的脱除;其中丁香酸、丁香醛以及乙酰丁香酮的效果优于其他4种单体物质;效果最好的介体为乙酰丁香酮,以它为天然介体,经OLQP漂过的竹浆最高白度能达到76.9%ISO,比空白浆样高7.3%ISO。
Using p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, syringic acid, vanillin, syringaldehyde and acetosyringone prepared from bamboo alkali lignin as a natural mediator of the laccase-mediator system, Pulps were OLQP bleached. The results showed that all of the above seven monomer materials could promote the final whiteness of bleached bamboo pulp and the removal of lignin to some extent. The effects of syringic acid, syringaldehyde and acetosyringone were better than those of the other four monomers The most effective mediator was acetosyringone. Using it as natural mediator, the highest whiteness of bamboo pulp bleached by OLQP could reach 76.9% ISO and 7.3% ISO higher than that of blank pulp.
