本文以两个具有不同再生力的水稻品种及其组配的杂交种和一个基本无再生力的杂交稻为材料,采用砂基营养液栽培方法,研究了水稻品种再生特性的生理基础。结果表明,水稻品种再生能力与其叶片光合强度及根系活力有密切关系,再生稻品种正季各生育时期光合强度及根系活力均大于无再生力的对照种,至成熟时仍维持一定水平。同时,再生稻品种在整个生育期间对于营养物质的吸收及分配也明显优于对照。文中就上述结果对再生稻形成的生理基础、再生特性的早期预测也明显稻在生产上的应用潜力等问题进行了讨论。
In this paper, two rice varieties with different regenerative power and their hybrids and one basic non-regenerative hybrid rice were used as materials to study the physiological basis of regeneration characteristics of rice varieties by sand-based nutrient solution cultivation. The results showed that the regeneration ability of rice varieties was closely related to their photosynthetic and root vigor. The photosynthetic intensity and root vigor of all regenerating rice cultivars at different growth stages were higher than those without regenerant in the positive seasons and maintained a certain level at maturity. At the same time, the absorption and distribution of ratoon rice varieties during the whole growth period were also significantly better than the control. In this paper, the physiological basis of the formation of ratoon rice, the early prediction of regeneration characteristics, and the potential application of rice in the production are also discussed.
