目的:探讨高场强MRI对椎管内脊膜瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实33例(34个病灶)椎管内脊膜瘤患者的高场强MRI影像资料,并与病理结果进行对照。结果:术前MRI检查诊断椎管内脊膜瘤27例,神经鞘瘤3例,神经纤维瘤2例,脂肪瘤1例,定性诊断准确率81.8%。肿瘤单发32例,多发1例(2个病灶);病灶位于髓外硬膜内、脊髓腹侧或背侧30个,位于髓外硬膜外、脊髓侧方和/或波及椎管内外4个;病灶位于胸段21个,颈段11个,腰段2个,MRI定位诊断准确率100%。结论:高场强MRI有助于椎管内脊膜瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of high field MRI in spinal canal meningioma. Methods: High-field MRI data of 33 cases (34 lesions) with spinal meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the pathological results. Results: There were 27 cases of spinal canal meningioma, 3 schwannoma, 2 neurofibroma and 1 lipoma in preoperative MRI examination. The accuracy of qualitative diagnosis was 81.8%. Tumor in 32 cases, multiple in 1 case (2 lesions); lesions located in extramedullary dura, spinal ventral or dorsal 30, located extramedullary extradural, spinal cord and / or spread to the spinal canal 4 There were 21 lesions in the thoracic region, 11 in the cervical segment and 2 in the lumbar segment. The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 100%. Conclusion: High-field MRI is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spinal meningeal tumor.
