湘桂复线红水河大桥是我国铁路上正在修建的第一座预应力混凝土斜拉桥。跨径48+96+48米。塔梁固结,主梁采用三跨连续等高度箱形梁。由7φ5毫米钢绞线组成的三对斜缆呈竖琴形布置。本文简要说明了红水河桥的结构特点、设计原则和计算方法,并对有关的各项试验研究工作(缩尺1/30整体模型、缩尺1/4节点模型、斜缆锚固疲劳和防腐、高强混凝土泵送工艺、悬浇吊篮加载、900吨盆式橡胶支座、TD-100型通用千斤顶等)进行了概括的介绍。
The Xiangshui double-track Hongshuihe Bridge is the first prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge under construction in our country. Span 48 + 96 + 48 meters. Tower beam consolidation, the main beam using three consecutive continuous height box beam. Three pairs of diagonal cables made of 7φ5 mm steel wire are arranged in a harp shape. In this paper, the structural characteristics, design principles and calculation methods of Hongshuihe Bridge are briefly described. The relevant experimental work (scale 1/30 overall model, scale 1/4-node model, anchor cable fatigue and corrosion protection , High-strength concrete pumping process, hanging pouring basket load, 900 tons of pot rubber bearings, TD-100 Universal Jack, etc.) were summarized.
