对于我国的现代企业来讲,其正处于激烈的竞争环境中,因此其应该适应一种全新的管理模式,即全面社会责任管理。全面社会责任管理解决了传统的企业管理模式中存在的一些不足之处,并且在一定程度上对其进行了改革以及创新。除此之外,还促进了我国现代企业的持续发展。全面社会责任管理和传统的企业管理模式有着很大的区别,本文将分析两种管理模式之间的不同之处,并且详细的分析并且总结了全面社会责任管理模式的具体体现。
For our country’s modern enterprise, it is in a fierce competitive environment, so it should adapt to a new management model, that is, a comprehensive social responsibility management. Comprehensive social responsibility management solves some shortcomings in the traditional enterprise management mode, and to some extent, it has carried out reforms and innovations.
