埋地管道凹坑缺陷开挖验证时,发现内检测结果与现场开挖验证结果间存在较大差异,因而为内检测数据的评估及修复判定带来困难。研究发现,这是由于缺少统一、规范的开挖验证程序和有效的测量方法造成的。结合目前国内外凹坑现场开挖验证方法及现场实践经验,提出了一套凹坑缺陷开挖验证程序,并根据现场实际进行开挖验证,结果表明该凹坑缺陷开挖验证程序具有可行性。着重对不同凹坑测量方法的结果进行了比较,结果表明三维激光扫描法能够得到准确的凹坑深度值和整体轮廓,并可基于输出结果直接进行应变分析等进一步的评估工作。(图6,参6)
During the excavation verification of the pit defects in buried pipelines, it is found that there is a big difference between the in-situ test results and the on-site excavation test results, which makes it difficult to evaluate and repair the in-test data. The study found that this is due to the lack of uniform and standardized excavation verification procedures and effective measurement methods. Combined with the current domestic and foreign pit excavation verification methods and field practical experience, a set of pit defect excavation verification program is proposed and verified by on-site excavation. The results show that the pit defect excavation verification program is feasible . The results of different pit measurement methods are compared. The results show that the 3D laser scanning method can get the accurate depth and overall contour of the pit, and can be further evaluated by direct strain analysis based on the output results.
