现阶段,工厂在普通车床上加工细长轴时一般采用跟刀架。如果工件超细过长,直径小,加工时跟刀架就难以调整,以致辅助时间多,并且至少要吃三刀以上。分析了现行加工方法中存在的弊端,我们在实践中自行设计、制造了双刃切削引导刀体。加工超细长轴(直径φ5~φ10,长度300~800mm,细长比达1:60~1:80)时,不需要顶尖装置,能一次加工成形,质量符合二级精度要求。在大批量生产细长轴的单位中,对提高生产效率,有一定的推广意义。下面举例说明φ5×300mm细长轴的加工方法 (1)取45号钢棒校直,去应力; (2)先加工一只φ5_0~(+0.02)的引导套,放进夹具刀体的引导套座孔内;
