从国外斯伦贝谢公司发表的两种方位电阻率成像测井仪ARI和HALS有关文献出发 ,全面分析、总结了这两种方位电阻率成像测井仪的工作原理、探测能力、优缺点 ,以及它们在裂缝、薄层识别评价和计算地层倾角等方面的应用。ARI和HALS都是建立在原有双侧向的基础上 ,在不增加测井工作量的情况下可获得更多、更丰富的测井资料 ,对认识薄层、裂缝等不均匀地层有了突破。ARI受仪器偏心、井径和井眼不规则影响较大。与FMI、地层倾角相比 ,ARI的方位电阻率分辨率偏低 ;在倾角计算、裂缝及岩性识别方面 ,ARI较粗糙 ;在定量解释上和在倾角计算中合理选择参数、合理校正等方面还不完善。与ARI相比 ,HALS的井眼影响更大 ,探测深度较浅 ,方位电阻率的探测能力更差 ,不是方位电阻率测量的好方法。但是 ,它在斜井、水平井中测井因仪器短而显示出其优越性。经分析 ,国外方位电阻率成像测井还不够成熟 ,仍处于发展中。我国要研究和发展自己的方位电阻率成像测井应尽量避免和克服国外同类测井的缺点。

They can obtain more and more abundant logging data without increasing the workload of logging, and make breakthroughs in recognizing non-uniform strata such as thin layers and cracks . The ARI is relatively rough in terms of dip calculation, fractures and lithology identification. China should study and develop its own azimuthal resistivity imaging logging should try to avoid and overcome the shortcomings of similar foreign logging.
