目的评价蟾毒它灵的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用SRB测试察蟾毒它灵对人非小细胞肺癌细胞A549、人肝癌细胞Bel-7402、人胃癌细胞SGC-7901和人宫颈癌细胞HeLa的生长抑制活性。通过静脉恒速输注方式给药,对S180及H22荷瘤小鼠进行蟾毒它灵体内药效评价,包括高剂量短时程给药和低剂量长时程给药。结果蟾毒它灵对SGC-7901、A549、Bel-7402、HeLa细胞作用72 h的IC50值分别为0.018、0.017、0.052、0.013μg/mL。蟾毒它灵采用恒速输注给药方式可以实现50%以上的抑瘤率。结论蟾毒它灵在体内外均具有很好的抗肿瘤效果。
Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor effects of buprenorphine in vitro and in vivo. Methods SRB was used to investigate the growth inhibitory effects of bupropion on human non-small cell lung cancer cell A549, human hepatoma cell Bel-7402, human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and human cervical cancer HeLa. Intravenous constant infusion was administered to evaluate the efficacy of seduratoxin in S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice, including high dose short-term administration and low-dose long-term administration. RESULTS IC50 values of lethal torax on SGC-7901, A549, Bel-7402 and HeLa cells for 72 h were 0.018, 0.017, 0.052, and 0.013 μg/mL, respectively. The use of constant-rate infusion administration of seduraxin can achieve a tumor inhibition rate of 50% or more. Conclusion Humusiton has good antitumor effect in vivo and in vitro.
