我是一名幼儿园教师,儿子今年就读于我园大一班。儿子平时是老师眼里的“好孩子”,坚持天天上幼儿园。可是有一天早上,我催促儿子快点起床时,儿子却慢吞吞地吐出了一句话:“我不想上幼儿园了。”我以为自己听错了,连问了几声:“什么?什么?你说什么?”儿子又重复了上面那句话,这真是出乎我的意料。我问为什么,最后儿子说:“这些天老师总是让我们坐得很久,没干什么,很没意思,我就不想去了。”这学期我园正处在全面贯彻《纲要》精神的教改中,在新旧观念交替中,出现一些幼儿一时难以适应的情况也是正常的。于是我便突发奇想,何不让儿子来当一回我的“助教”。正好我班今天的主题活动是“认识小手”,在认识小手后,为了激发幼儿的想像力,我要让小朋友利用结构游戏材料,拼插出各种物体。由于我带的是小班,小朋友平时就已显露出这方面的不足,恰巧儿子又是这方面的“高手”。于是我把这个想法告诉儿子,他欣然同意了,他怀着惊喜而又激动的心情,跟随我来到我们小三班。
