情感是学校教育的灵魂,缺乏情感元素的教学活动是很难奏效的。体育与健康是一门相对独立的技能性基础学科,然而从实际教学中不难发现,它的教学与发展必须借助一定的外力支撑,否则就会在封闭模式中显得苍白无力、踯躅难进。有鉴于此,在实际教学中,我们要解放思想、与时俱进,努力冲破传统教学模式的束缚,善于创设教学情境,勇于跨越学科之间的界限,注重有效资源的优化与整合,认真拓展课程内容,积极开展有效教学活动,从中攫取寓教于乐、一举多得的教学效果。那么,如何才能开展有效教学活动呢?本文结合职高体育教学的实践与体会,试对此作出一些抛砖引玉之论。
