以节能发电调度排序原则为基础,以电网安全运行为约束,综合考虑市场与政策因素,对电网的实时购电价格进行了在线的计算分析;引入边际购电成本计算,构建了以电网实时出力调整的发电能耗最小为目标的综合决策模型,能够对跨省区购售电短期交易的经济性进行评估。同时,详细阐述了据此开发的电网实时购电价格计算分析系统的构造体系与主要功能,指出了系统实时边际购电成本计算的创新性与数据自动寻优和免维护等实用化的特点。目前该系统已投入四川电网实际运行,试运行的结果证明了系统的实用性和有效性。
Based on the scheduling principle of energy-efficient generation and dispatching, taking the security operation of power grid as a constraint and considering the market and policy factors, an on-line calculation and analysis of real-time grid purchase price was carried out. By introducing marginal purchase cost calculation, Adjusting the minimum energy consumption of power generation as the goal of the comprehensive decision-making model, the power of cross-provincial purchases of short-term trading economy can be assessed. At the same time, the construction system and the main functions of the real-time power purchase price calculation and analysis system developed in this paper are expounded in detail. The innovative features of the real-time marginal purchase cost calculation and the pragmatic features such as data automatic optimization and maintenance are pointed out. At present, the system has been put into practical operation in Sichuan power grid. The result of trial operation proves the practicability and effectiveness of the system.
