采用熔浸复合法制备了WC/CuZnMn强化中碳钢表层复合材料,探讨了WC粒度、熔浸复合温度等工艺因素对复合材料组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,在两体静载磨料磨损工况下,新型表层复合材料的耐磨性是中碳钢基体的26倍,是水韧高锰钢的20倍,且可根据需要调节复合层厚度,故可在很大范围内替代整体耐磨材料,是一种有实用价值的高耐磨表层复合材料。
The WC / CuZnMn strengthened medium carbon steel surface composites were prepared by melt-infiltration method, and the effects of processing parameters such as WC grain size, melt-infiltration recombination temperature on the microstructure and properties of the composites were discussed. The results show that the wear resistance of the new surface composite is 26 times that of the medium carbon steel and 20 times that of the water-toughness high manganese steel, and the thickness of the composite layer can be adjusted as required , It can replace the overall wear-resistant materials in a wide range, is a practical wear-resistant high surface material composite.
