本文叙述了一种适合于较浓溶液的进样——去溶装置,考察了ICP光源主要工作参数对谱线黑度差的影响,观察了ICP光源中的基体效应和共存元素的干扰,为金属钙中杂质元素的测定选择了折衷工作条件。钙无需分离,方法简便、快速。方法的检测范围对Mg:50—5000ppm;Al:30—3000ppm;Na:16—1600ppm;Si、Fe、Cr、Ni:10—1000ppm;Cu、Mn:3—300ppm,方法的相对标准偏差为4—10%,回收率为92—104%。
In this paper, a sample-to-desolventizer suitable for concentrated solutions is described. The effects of main operating parameters of ICP light source on the difference in line blackness are investigated. The matrix effect and the interference of coexisting elements in ICP light source are observed. The measurement of impurity elements in metallic calcium chooses the compromise working conditions. Calcium without separation, the method is simple and fast. The detection range of the method is 50-5000ppm for Mg, 30-3000ppm for Al, 16-1600ppm for Na, 10-1000ppm for Si, Fe, Cr and Ni, and 3-300ppm for Cu and Mn. The relative standard deviation of the method is 4 -10%, the recovery rate is 92-104%.
