我院于1990～1993年收治的2 573例老年疗养员中98例发生急性便秘,现将诱因与对策报告如下。 98例(占3.8％)发生急性便秘疗养员的最高年龄为78岁,最低62岁(平均67岁)。男性86例,女性12例。其中,间隔2～3d排便一次47例,占48％;4～5d排便一次38例,占39％;6d以上排便13例,占13％。左下腹胀压感24例,占24％,欲便不畅感17例,占17％,口苦感9例,占9％。 (1)便秘诱因。来院途中因乘车乘船不便所致16例;坐式便盆不习惯34例;同一疗养室人员不熟悉
In our hospital from 1990 to 1993 admitted 2 573 cases of elderly convalesce in 98 cases of acute constipation, incentives and countermeasures are reported below. 98 cases (3.8%) Acute constipation episodes occurred in the highest age of 78-year-old concessions, minimum 62-year-old (average 67 years). 86 males and 12 females. Among them, the interval of 2 ~ 3d defecation 47 cases once, accounting for 48%; 4 ~ 5d defecation once 38 cases, accounting for 39%; 6d or more defecation in 13 cases, accounting for 13%. Left lower abdominal distension pressure in 24 cases, accounting for 24%, 17 cases of want to impeded, accounting for 17%, mouth pain in 9 cases, accounting for 9%. (1) constipation causes.
