山药(Diosoreasp.)各品种块茎淀粉酶同工酶发现有8种酶带,每品种显现的酶带仅有1~5条。分析38个品种山药块茎,在休眠末期该同工酶酶谱组成有15种(不计分区带)至18种类型(计算分区带),表现山药块茎淀粉酶同工酶具有多型性。在绝大多数山药品种中,该同工酶酶谱组成随块茎贮藏期不同而发生变化,但仍可显示某品种各期特异性的酶谱组成。因此,可根据山药块茎淀粉酶同工酶的多型性特点,以及山药块茎不同贮藏期的特异酶谱组成,来作为山药品种鉴别的一种生理生化依据
There are 8 enzyme bands in amylase isozymes of tuber of Diosoreasp. There are only 1 ~ 5 enzyme bands in each cultivar. Analysis of 38 varieties of yam tubers, at the end of dormancy of the isozyme zymogram composed of 15 species (regardless of zoning) to 18 types (calculated zoning), the performance of yam tubers amylase is polymorphism. In most yam varieties, the isozymes zymogram composition changes with the storage period of tubers, but can still show the specific phase of a variety of zymograms. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the diversity of yam tuber amylase isozymes, and yam tubers at different storage period of the specific zymogram composition, as a yam identification of a variety of physiological and biochemical basis
