目的 研究广东省青少年乳糖酶缺乏和乳糖不耐受的发生状况。方法 采用不同剂量乳糖进行氢呼气试验。按广东省地理分布 ,选择广州、珠海、佛山、韶关等 4个城市的 7~ 1 8岁健康中小学生 1 1 0 0名 ,摄入 2 5g乳糖后氢呼气试验阳性 (乳糖酶缺乏 )的 81 1人中 ,随机选取乳糖酶缺乏的青少年进行牛奶氢呼气试验。结果 随着乳糖摄入量的减少 (2 5g、1 2 .5g、6 .2 5g) ,乳糖酶缺乏的检出率均大幅度下降 ,分别为 73 .7%、1 9.7%、7.2 % ;乳糖不耐受的检出率亦有随着乳糖摄入量的减少而降低的趋势 ,检出率分别为 32 .9%、4 .3 %、2 .1 %。结论 广东省青少年乳糖耐受量为 6 .2 5g ,每次饮用奶 1 2 5ml,92 .8%的饮用者可以消化吸收 ,不致于出现不耐受症状
Objective To study the incidence of lactase deficiency and lactose intolerance in adolescents of Guangdong Province. Methods Different doses of lactose hydrogen breath test. According to the geographical distribution of Guangdong Province, 110 healthy primary and secondary school students aged 7 ~ 18 were selected from 4 cities including Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan and Shaoguan. After taking in 25 g of lactose, hydrogen breath tests were positive (lactase deficiency) 81 1, randomly selected lactase deficient adolescent milk hydrogen breath test. Results The detection rate of lactase deficiency decreased significantly with the decrease of lactose intake (25g, 12.5g, 6.52g), which were 73.7%, 9.7% and 7.2% respectively. The detection rate of lactose intolerance also decreased with the decrease of lactose intake. The detection rates were 32.9%, 4.3% and 2.1% respectively. Conclusion The tolerance rate of lactose in adolescents in Guangdong Province is 6.52g, with 125ml of drinking milk each time, and 92.8% of the drinkers can digest and absorb without causing symptoms of intolerance
