济南铁路局水泥厂,职工500多人,年产50000吨的小水泥厂,自1974年投产至今有15年了。初建水泥厂,因陋就简,土法上马,缺乏防尘设施,单是烘干系统粉尘向大气层排放量约为水泥产量的6.6%,一年要跑掉约3300吨半成品水泥。随着生产的发展,各级领导对防尘工作的重要性有了新的提高。烘干车间先后安装六管旋风除尘器,降尘室等二级除尘。1987年9月份又上高压静电除尘器,完成了烘干系统三级除尘(见图1)。建立防尘岗位交接班责任制,使烘干系统防尘工作,收到了较满意的效果。评价如下: 一、作业点粉尘浓度
Jinan Railway Bureau Cement Plant, more than 500 workers, an annual output of 50,000 tons of small cement plant, put into operation in 1974 has 15 years. In the early days, the cement plant was built simply because of its simplicity. With the introduction of indigenous law and lack of dust-proof facilities, the emissions of dust from the drying system alone to the atmosphere amounted to 6.6% of the total cement output. Some 3300 tons of semi-finished cement were run off a year. With the development of production, leaders at all levels have made new progress in the importance of dust prevention work. Drying workshop has installed six cyclone dust collector, dust chamber and other secondary dust. September 1987 again on the high-voltage electrostatic precipitator, drying system completed three dust (see Figure 1).
