目的建立康妇灵颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法采用KromasiIC18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长265 nm。结果色谱条件为乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(28:72)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min。本方法的线性范围为3.84~38.40 mg/L r=0.9994(n=5)。结论该方法可作为该制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法 。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Kangfuren granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The Kromasi IC18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results The chromatographic conditions were acetonitrile-0.05mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (28:72) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The linear range of this method is 3.84 ~ 38.40 mg / L r = 0.9994 (n = 5). Conclusion This method can be used as the preparation of berberine hydrochloride content determination.
