近年来的数据表明大企业中影响员工离职的因素第一是工作不顺心,第二便是个人发展无望,由此可见情绪、发展等多样且不确定因素造成了高频的离职率。从马斯洛的层次需求理论来讲,我们现在能够参加工作的人已经实现了生理和安全的需要,所以大家基本都是从第三个层次社交的需求,也就是情感和归属的需要开始的。
In recent years, the data show that the major factors that affect the turnover of employees in the large enterprises are not working smoothly. The second is the hopeless development of individuals. This shows that the mood and development are diverse and uncertainties have caused the high-frequency turnover rate. From the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, the people we are able to work now have achieved physical and security needs, so basically everyone begins with the third level of social need, that is, the need for affection and belonging .
