针对汽车空调系统暖风性能不佳的问题,提出了两种增加取液口的优化方案,包括油冷器取液口接前暖风系统或后暖风系统。实验测试了两种优化方案实施前后的暖风性能,对比了前后冷却液系统及暖风性能的改善效果。实验结果表明,在油冷器增加取液口并连接前暖风系统的方案较好;通过优化方案的实施,实车测试的出风口暖风性能提升34%~37%。
In order to solve the problem of poor warm air performance of automobile air conditioning system, two optimization schemes to increase the liquid inlet are proposed, including the front warm air system or rear warm air system. The warm wind performance before and after the implementation of two optimization schemes was experimentally tested, and the improvement effect of front and rear cooling system and warm air performance was compared. The experimental results show that the scheme of increasing the liquid inlet and connecting the front warm air system in the oil cooler is better; and the performance of the warm air outlet of the real vehicle testing is increased by 34% -37% through the optimization scheme.
