我科于1994年3月至1996年2月共收治继发性脑室出血60例，均经CT确诊，为提高诊断与治疗水平，现报道分析如下：1临床资料1．1一般资料本组60例，其中男36例，女24例。年龄28～106岁，平均60．8岁，其中60岁以上37例。既往有高血压病史49例，糖尿病3例，肺心病4例，冠心病4例。
