无烟煤是一种变质程度最高的煤。在一般情况下,无烟煤的灰分和硫分均较低;机械强度较其他煤种为大,且在我国储藏量极丰富。它可以作为高炉燃料和煤的气化原料,尤其在全民炼钢鉄的今天,燃料需用量大,焦炭供应紧张,采用无烟煤炼鉄是一个重要问题。但是在使用时,常常发现某些无烟煤块在加热时有不同程度的爆裂,加热时爆裂成为碎末,这就影响到在高炉和煤气发生炉的应用。为了解决无烟煤的爆裂,就京西无烟煤进行了提高热稳定性的研究。京西矿务局几种无烟煤块的工业分析如表1。
Anthracite is the most metamorphic coal. Under normal circumstances, anthracite ash and sulfur are lower; mechanical strength than other coal is large, and very rich in reserves in our country. It can be used as gasification raw material for blast furnace fuel and coal, especially in the national steelmaking 鉄 today, fuel consumption is large, coke supply is tight, the use of anthracite refining is an important issue. However, when used, it is often found that some anthracite blocks burst to different extents when heated and burst into pieces when heated, which affects the application in blast furnace and gas furnaces. In order to solve the burst of anthracite, a study was conducted on improving the thermal stability of anthracite in West Beijing. Industrial analysis of several anthracite blocks in Jingxi Mining Bureau is shown in Table 1.
