一、前言АЛ9合金系硅铝合金之一,其主要成分为:6~8%Si,0.2~0.4%Mg,其余为 Al。Mg 的加入使合金有了可热处理的性质,因而该合金通常进行淬火处理。АЛ9合金的淬火规范通常采用535±5℃保温6小时后淬入50~100℃水中。从理论上讲,АЛ9合金的淬火温度偏离三元共晶熔点(557℃)较远,不可能出现过烷现象。但由于铸造合金的组织特点:粗大的组织、第二相的不均匀性和含低熔点的杂质较多,过烧的危险性依然存在。而在目前的生产中对АЛ9合金的过烧检查尚
