由于影响中小学教师流动的因素很复杂,本文运用社会学中的社会流动理论,从社会制度、教育政策、社会改革、社会价值观、教师个人因素等方面对其进行了分析,提出要多维度、多方面综合解决教师流动问题,以引导、鼓励教师到农村、偏远地区任教,以解决城乡、地区学校教师资源不均衡发展问题,从而促进基础教育均衡发展,实现教育公平,构建和谐社会。
Due to the complexity of the factors affecting the flow of primary and secondary school teachers, this paper analyzes the social system, education policy, social reform, social values and teachers’ personal factors by using the theory of social mobility in sociology, We should comprehensively solve the problem of teacher mobility so as to guide and encourage teachers to teach in rural and remote areas so as to solve the problem of unbalanced development of teachers in urban and rural areas and schools so as to promote the balanced development of basic education and achieve education fairness and a harmonious society.
