构皮滩二级升船机基础为大体积混凝土,由于浇筑期处于高温月份,降温幅度大、保温难度高,混凝土温度控制成为其施工的关键。为确保升船机施工期对混凝土浇筑采取的施工条件和方法可行,在充分考虑施工环境气候变化、混凝土材料热学力学性质和人工降温保温措施的基础上,基于有限单元法采用ANSYS软件对其大体积混凝土浇筑全过程进行了三维仿真计算,分析其施工期非稳定温度场及应力场的分布变化规律,并提出相应的温控措施,可为类似工程提供重要参考。
