在当前经济形势下,人力资源管理已成为企业竞争的利器。对人力资源管理的管理举措和流程体系进行合理有效的优化可以极大的促进企业管理运营效率的提升,同时有利于增强企业内部核心竞争力,本文在综合分析了当前人力资源管理现状及存在的问题后,针对新时期企业面临的内外部状况,提出了人力资源管理优化模型和管理变革研究思路,对企业界进行引导建议,以期使企业获得持续良好健康的发展。
In the current economic situation, human resources management has become a weapon for business competition.
