针对泥质煤泥难浮选的问题,采用添加分散剂的方法,减轻泥质煤泥对浮选的影响。试验结果表明,4种分散剂由好到差的分散效果:六偏磷酸钠,单宁酸,水玻璃,氟化钠。其中,六偏磷酸钠浓度为5%,用量为1 100 g/t时,沉淀比(SR)值为0.979 9、析水时间之比(DTR)值为0.807 2、上清液吸光度(A)为2.40、Zeta电位值为-26.991,达到最佳分散效果,分散—浮选的精煤产率提高了3.77%,精煤灰分降低了1.18%,改善了浮选效果。
In view of the difficulty of flotation of muddy slime, the method of adding dispersant is adopted to reduce the influence of muddy slime on flotation.
