目的:探讨非洲黑人与国人之间鼻声反射参数、鼻阻力(NR)的差别。方法:应用声反射鼻测压计对46例正常成年非洲黑人(黑人组)进行测试,同时选50例正常国人(国人组)作为对照,测量鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)、鼻腔容积(NCV)、鼻腔最小横截面积至前鼻孔的距离(DCAN)和NR,比较2组之间的差异。结果:2组鼻腔限流节段部位均位于鼻内孔稍后,经多元回归检验,NR与NMCA的相关性最大,与NCV的相关性次之,而与DCAN无明显相关性。2组之间的NR、NMCA、NCV及DCAN等声反射鼻腔参数的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:NR主要由NMCA和NCV决定,在同样的环境下种族差异仍然较大。
Objective: To explore the differences of nasal reflex parameters and nasal resistance (NR) between African blacks and Chinese. Methods: 46 cases of normal adult African blacks (black group) were tested with acoustic reflectometer. Meanwhile, 50 normal people (Chinese group) were selected as control group to measure the minimum nasal cross-sectional area (NMCA), nasal volume ), The distance from the nasal minimum cross-sectional area to the anterior nostril (DCAN) and NR, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results: Nasal flow restrictor segments were located in the nasal cavity later. After multiple regression test, NR had the highest correlation with NMCA, followed by NCV, but not with DCAN. There were significant differences in acoustic reflex nasal parameters among NR, NMCA, NCV and DCAN among the two groups (all P <0.01). Conclusion: NR is mainly determined by NMCA and NCV, and racial differences are still large in the same circumstances.
