1989年7月,我院收治因事故而发生急性氯气中毒患者8例,现将救治情况报告如下。1 临床资料 男7例,女1例,年龄18～56岁,出现中毒症状后3小时接受治疗者5例,18小时后3例。中毒程度:中度3例,轻度3例,介于二者之间2例。临床表现:均有程度不等的眼睛辛辣刺痛感和羞明流泪,结合膜充血水肿,以及刺激性呛咳,胸部憋闷,紧束窒息感,鼻腔和咽喉部有烧灼样刺痛与充血水肿,暴露部位的皮肤有烧灼发痒感,2例有接触性皮炎。其中
