采用盐雾腐蚀法研究了铝/铝/钢三层复合材料(4343(Al)/4A60(Al)/08(Al(steel))的腐蚀性能,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对该材料的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物进行分析,研究了铝钢复合材料在盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:对于铝/铝/钢三层复合材料来说,腐蚀优先发生在4343钎焊层。按腐蚀速率大小排序依次为4343钎焊层>4A60芯层>08Al钢层。按照腐蚀行为可将腐蚀分为4个阶段。在腐蚀49 d后,基体钢层厚度减薄约0.02 mm,说明该铝/铝/钢三层复合材料有着较好的耐蚀性。
The corrosion behavior of aluminum / aluminum / steel composite (4343 (Al) / 4A60 (Al) / 08 (Al (steel)) was studied by salt spray corrosion method. The corrosion behavior of the composite was investigated by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy The corrosion morphology and corrosion products of the material were analyzed, and the corrosion behavior of the aluminum-steel composite in salt fog environment was studied.The results show that for the aluminum / aluminum / steel three-layer composite material, corrosion preferentially occurs in 4343 brazing Layer.According to the corrosion rate, the order of 4343 brazing layer> 4A60 core layer> 08Al steel layer.According to the corrosion behavior, the corrosion can be divided into four stages.After 49 days of corrosion, the thickness of the base steel layer is reduced by about 0.02 mm, This shows that the aluminum / aluminum / steel three-layer composite has good corrosion resistance.
