高温高湿厂房屋面围护系统普遍存在结露的问题,尤其是在北方的温湿度较高的车间,结露现象更加明显,严重的影响正常的生产运行和产品质量,本文主要对跨度较大的高温高湿厂房屋面围护系统的现状、产生原因进行分析,针对三类屋面围护系统的性能分析,提出了有效解决结露现象的可行方案。
The problem of condensation is common in the surface containment systems of high temperature and high humidity plants, especially in the workshops with high temperature and humidity in the north, the condensation phenomenon is more obvious, which seriously affects the normal production operation and product quality. This paper mainly focuses on the large span. The current status and causes of the high-temperature and high-humidity factory building surface containment system were analyzed. Based on the performance analysis of the three types of roof containment systems, a feasible solution to effectively solve the condensation phenomenon was proposed.
