目的对白内障手术巩膜角膜切口术中虹膜脱出、术后耐受眼内压的强度及散光进行评价。方法临床:1580例白内障经巩膜角膜切口摘除,观察术中虹膜脱出率、术后角膜散光的变化;50例患者观察术后房角。实验:尸眼6只分别行巩膜角膜切口和角膜缘切口,观察切口漏水时的眼内压和虹膜脱出情况。结果临床:巩膜角膜切口术中虹膜脱出率<10%,术后散光变化<2D,切口处房角无结构改变。实验:巩膜角膜切口能耐受10.7kPa的眼内压,角膜缘切口在4.7~6.7kPa时,切口漏水,虹膜与切口粘连。结论巩膜角膜切口术后散光小,切口耐压强度大,是一种较理想的白内障手术切口。
Objective To evaluate the intensity and astigmatism of intraocular pressure (IOP) after cataract surgery and scleral incision. Methods: 1580 cases of cataract were removed by scleral corneal incision. The rate of iris prolapse and postoperative corneal astigmatism were observed. Fifty patients were observed postoperatively. Experiment: 6 corpse eye corneal incision and corneal incision, respectively, to observe the intraocular pressure when the incision leakage and iris prolapse situation. Results Clinical: The rate of iris prolapse in corneal incision was less than 10%, the change of postoperative astigmatism was less than 2D, and there was no structural change in the angle of incision. Experiment: Scleral corneal incision can tolerate intraocular pressure 10.7kPa, limbal incision 4.7 ~ 6.7kPa, incision leakage, iris and incision adhesion. Conclusions After astigmatic corneal incision astigmatism is small, incision compression strength, is a more ideal cataract surgical incision.
