本课题在《六·五》规划期间被列为国家重大科技攻关专题项目之一。经过两年左右时间的研究,终于在上钢三厂中板车间的生产作业线上生产出板型平直、性能达到和超过攻关目标和国际同类钢的实物水平的16Mn中板。 主要攻克的技术关键如下: 在冶炼工艺上采用钢包喷粉技术来降低钢中杂质含量并进行夹杂物形状的控制; 在加工工艺上采用我国典型的中板轧机上能够适应的一种控轧和控冷新工艺。这方面工艺参数的制定,主要依据的是由钢院压加系控轧小组所作的奥氏体形变再结晶规律以及与之相关的一些基础研究。 生产出的上述中板,经焊接、断裂力学、应力腐蚀、构件爆破等全面的试验研究,
