本报讯记者余梦洁北京报道商用车国Ⅳ何时实施终于尘埃落定。原定于2010年1月1日实施的3.5吨以上柴油车国Ⅳ标准,推迟两年实施;3.5吨以下柴油车则推迟了3年,在2013年7月1日实施国Ⅳ标准。12月21日,环境保护部办公厅发布《关于国家机动车排放标准第四阶段限制实施日期的复函》,对机动车国Ⅳ标准实施日期进行了适当调整。由于油品、成本、技术等方面的原因,商用车国Ⅳ并没有按照原定时间实施,但是推迟到何时,一直没有官方的正式通知。如今,悬在商用车企业头上的靴子终于落下来了,商用车企业就能据此安排生产,组织供应。

The diesel vehicles under 3.5 tons were postponed for three years and implemented the State IV standard on July 1, 2013. On December 21, the General Office of MEP released the reply letter on the implementation date of the fourth phase of the national vehicle emission standard, and made appropriate adjustments to the implementation date of the national IV standard for motor vehicles. Due to oil, cost, technology and other reasons, the commercial vehicle IV has not been implemented according to the scheduled time. However, no official official notification has been issued yet. Today, the boots hanging over the heads of commercial vehicle companies have finally come down, and commercial vehicle companies can arrange production and organize supplies accordingly.
