敌杀死是一种较新的农药,对其中毒和产生的后果知之甚少。笔者在临床工作中遇到一例该药中毒后致格林-巴利综合征的病例,报告如下.李××,男,39岁,农民。患者1988年7月14日在自家田里喷撒农药“敌杀死”时,由于未注意防护药液溅到身上.当晚10点许觉胸闷、头晕,到我科就诊,查体未发现阳性体征.给予输液、对症治疗后回家.7月21日觉四肢远端麻木,双小腿肌肉疼痛,次日双下肢行走困难、声哑、吞咽困难。7月24日来我科复诊。查体:体温36℃,脉搏64次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压15/9KPa,发育正常,意识清,呼吸平稳,余内科检查未发现异常。双侧软腭上举运动极弱,双侧咽反射消失,构音困难。双上肢肌力Ⅱ级,双下肢肌力Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,四肢肌张力低,双上肢腱反射 Enemy killing is a relatively new pesticide with little knowledge of its consequences and consequences.
