通用机场是提供通用航空器服务的基础保障设施,通用机场布局规划为通用航空市场发展提供强有力的支撑。在机场选址备选方案基础上,以成本最小化、效益最大化为目标,建立通用机场网络覆盖模型,采用启发式算法对模型进行求解。通过算例验证模型和算法的合理性,并提出通用机场布局方案。结果表明,基于启发式算法的通用机场网络覆盖模型可应用于区域内通用机场初步布局研究。
The General Airport is the basic support facility for providing general aviation services. The general airport layout plan provides a strong support for the development of the general aviation market. Based on the alternatives of airport site selection, the goal of minimizing costs and maximizing benefits is to establish a common airport network coverage model and heuristics to solve the model. Through the example, the rationality of the model and algorithm is verified, and the general airport layout plan is proposed. The results show that the GM airport network coverage model based on heuristic algorithm can be applied to the preliminary layout research of general airports in the region.
