非淋菌性尿道炎(Non-gonococcal Urethritis, NGU)是临床上常见的性传播疾病。我们采用中西医结合治疗NGU收到满意效果。现报道如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例选择:所有病例均选自我院皮肤科门诊患者。凡符合下列标准者作为观察对象:①有不洁性生活史;②有脓性、粘液脓性或白色尿道分泌物及排尿困难史;③实验室检查:尿道分泌物Gram染色于1000倍显微镜视野下,多形核白细胞(PMN)数>5个,和(或)聚合酶链反应检测,沙眼衣原体DNA阳性;尿道分泌物培养未见淋菌生长。共计89例,其中男性74例,女性15例,年龄17～62岁,平均29.6岁,病程7天～1年,平均65天。 1.2 治疗方法:采用随机分组将89例患者分为3组:①西药组:患者29例,男性24例,女性5例,分别给予
