随着我国古镇旅游业的迅猛发展,古镇旅游“社区化”的现象日益凸显。旅游社区作为旅游业发展的载体,其经营是我国古镇旅游经营发展中急待解决的重大问题,对我国的经济与社会发展有极为重要的影响。本文以社区经营为理论研究,探索历史文化古镇旅游的开发,探索以文化为资源的旅游经营路径。本文以陕南地区古镇为研究对象,提出在旅游经营策划过程中应该注重区域旅游的整体性,植入社区经营的理念,从景区经营、文物与环境保护、提升当地居民生活质量等方面着手进行整体性经营。
With the rapid development of tourism in China’s ancient town, the phenomenon of ancient town tourism “community ” has become increasingly prominent. As a carrier of tourism development, tourism community is a major issue to be solved urgently in the development of tourism management in our country’s ancient town. It has an extremely important influence on the economic and social development of our country. This article takes the community management as the theoretical research, explores the tourism development of the historical and cultural towns, and explores the path of tourism management based on culture. Taking the ancient towns in southern Shaanxi as the research object, this paper puts forward that the concept of community management should be emphasized in the tourism business planning process from the aspects of the integrity of regional tourism, the management of scenic spots, the protection of cultural relics and environment, and the improvement of the quality of life of local residents Overall management.
